Currently, JWOWW Cosmetic products are only available on JWowwCosmetics.com

Are you products cruelty­-free?

Yes. Every JWOWW Cosmetics product is cruelty-­free. We love our furry friends.

How many items can I order?

To prevent shortages and unauthorized reselling, we limit to ordering to only two of each shade.

How often do you restock?

We try to restock as often as possible. Currently, it’s every other week.

Shipping & Returns

How do I track my order?

As soon as your item leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you an email with a trackable link. We ship orders via USPS or FedEx.

When can I expect my order?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Orders ship 1-­2 business day after you order.

USA: 3­-10 business days; Internationally: 10-­15 business days. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to USPS or FedEx directly.

What are the shipping rates?

US: $4.25. International: $14.50 (we are not responsible for extra import and custom fees that some countries may require)

What is the return policy?

All sales are final with the exception of subsequent Lip Of The Month orders. Lip Of The Month orders must be returned within 15 days UNOPENED and UNUSED to receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
